Never Diluted
We don't dilute 40% spirits to achieve our desired strength of 15% ABV. We use a process called Fractionation to maintain FULL flavour at a lower ABV.

Our spirits contain no added sugar and have fewer calories than the 40% ABV spirits you know and love.

Why do you cost a similar amount to full-strength spirits?
To deliver flavour and experience at a lower strength is no mean feat. We have developed a new production method called Fractionation to extract as much flavour from the botanicals. We also use significantly more botanicals and ingredients than typical full-strength spirits. This all means that it's not a cheap process and it costs us a lot more than a bottle of Gordons!
Where do you make it?
We distil our spirits in Wales, using the finest sustainably sourced ingredients and botanicals.
Why 15% ABV?
15% is the perfect ABV to deliver maximum flavour and functionality.
What is Spirits 3.0?
First, there were the spirits we know and love. Then there was non-alcoholic spirits. Finally came Quarter Proof, the third way - the antidote to ‘all-or-nothing’ drinking. Spirits 3.0.
