For delivery within the UK, we aim to deliver all orders placed before 12pm Monday – Friday within 48hrs from dispatch.

Bank holidays, national holidays and peak seasonal shipping periods will produce longer delivery times.

Unfortunately due to Brexit we can not currently deliver to Europe, we are hoping this will change within the next few months. If your order is of significant value then please email and we would be happy to see what we can do with alternative couriers. 

For customers outside the EU, all prices are exclusive of any local taxes and import duties which may be due. Please note that you may be required to pay any such taxes and duties before the authority releases your goods to you. Fraction Drinks Ltd cannot be held responsible for the payment of any such taxes and duties nor any loss incurred by you as a result.


Our returns and exchange policy is 30 days. We are only able to refund or exchange faulty or damaged goods, and within this time period.

Our cancellation policy is 14 days under the Consumer Contract Regulations. Under the CCRs we are only able to refund unopened products.

Refunds and replacements can only be issued if

  • the goods are damaged or defective
  • the goods were purchased directly through
  • the goods are returned within a 30 day period from receipt

We are unable to refund bottles that have been opened or if they were purchased via third party sellers. We are also unable to refund Sale items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Customers are also required to pay associated shipping fees when returning an order, and are responsible for ensuring the goods arrive safely. If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
